Brought all the way down from the top end 9X4 is the iBP Spine Guard, an elite-level protection package that delivers premium impact protection against cross-checks to the lower back. Its special design has a structured frame with EVA foam, together forming a high shock-absorbing and force-distributing performance.
The thighs, hips, and kidneys all feature this iBP structured frame with a standard PE foam base. Unlike traditional molded plastics, the iBP frame distributes impact energy better, is lighter in weight, and provides premium ventilation in the way it is uniquely shaped. For teams or individuals seeking a pant with easy access for custom embroidery, the thigh caps are removable from the pant shell.
Another new feature that must be mentioned in the Catalyst pant line this year is the fit. True teamed up with Tackla, who worked together to bring the classic Tackla fit that players have cherished for generations while incorporating these new protection elements.
