The Sherwood Rekker SWD Shoulder Pad was designed and validated by women with input from high-level players, resulting in an anatomical fit perfectly geared for the female hockey player. Moreover, it offers top-tier impact protection and coverage for every level of play.
Introducing Sherwood's new innovative AIZ design, stretch inserts on the torso panels help the protection to flex and wrap the body for a premium fit and ensure 360-degree coverage. Additionally, Sherwood's amazing Customizable Impact Protection has been skillfully integrated into the sternum, belly guard, and torso straps, offering an extraordinary level of adjustability. This ensures that the shoulder pads effortlessly mold to any body shape, resulting in a tailored fit to individual preferences.
When it comes to protection, Sherwood incorporated their advanced Viconic Impact Protection into the collarbone region. This ultra-resilient material is strategically built for repetitive impacts like battles along the boards or in front of the net. Adjacent to this, 2DC Dual-Density shoulder caps are built with a combination of blow molding and compression forming techniques to unite low and high-density foams into a single, highly effective cap. Despite its featherlight construction, these shoulder caps deliver comprehensive protection against impacts of all magnitudes.
Scientifically proven to reduce bacteria and microbe causing odor is Sherwood's COP-r29 liner. Never washing out, a copper thread within the material will battle and destroy odor-causing bacteria for the entire lifespan of the shoulder pad. It also offers a soft feel against the skin and does a fantastic job of wicking away sweat and moisture.

| GENERAL SHOULDER PAD SIZING GUIDELINES | |

| Measure the circumference of your chest roughly 1" below the armpit using a soft measuring tape, string, or shoelace. Correspond this measurement to the sizing chart and cross-reference your height. Personal preference may come into consideration in case there is an overlap between two shoulder pad sizes. For more coverage, go with the larger size. Choose the smaller size for a lower-profile fit and better responsiveness. |
