Sizing Chart
GENERAL SKATE SIZING GUIDELINES | |
---|---|
Measure both feet with socks similar to those in which you intend to skate. Then use the measurement of the longest point and reference the model-specific size chart to determine size. How to Measure Your Feet for Skates. | |
Proper fit has the toes not being cramped against the front. Toes may slightly brush the front as heels will settle back when in the skating position. Try on skates indoors while in a seated position. Lace and buckle both skates, tap your heels to the floor, and then stand and bend your knees to simulate the skating position. Previous Feedback
Comments: I recently purchases the Macroblade 90 and was disappointed in the quality and fit of the boot. I have a really old pair of AeroBlades that I loved which is why I stuck with the Rollerblade brand, but the boot on the new skates doesn't have a very good base, is barely cushioned, and doesn't snug up securely enough to keep your foot from sliding around in the boot. And while the speed lacing is convenient, the cords/laces used appear cheap and are very thin, and don't really do a good job of securing the boot. I've resorted to gel inserts and two pairs of socks to try to keep my feet from slipping even though I'm wearing the correct size skate.

Comments: Tried the k2 brand first, but those were uncomfortably too narrow. Switched over to rollerblade brand and a size bigger than my regular shoe size. Added gel cushion dr sholls + cushion socks, and can skate for about 2 hours (flat/aerobic exercise) before any ankle rubbing/metatarsal pressure becomes noticeable. The ride is smooth on these, I go 40-60 miles per week depending on weather. The ankle buckle on the right foot is not aligned properly, so it's finicky and pops open occasionally, but other than that, these will last a couple of years. Happy with the customer service at inline warehouse.
